Este 2025 se cumplen <strong>15 a\u00f1os<\/strong> desde que la <strong>UNESCO<\/strong> la reconoci\u00f3 como <strong>Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de la Humanidad<\/strong>, y para celebrarlo se inaugur\u00f3 en Cuernavaca, Morelos, el <strong>X Foro Mundial de la Gastronom\u00eda Mexicana<\/strong>, un evento que re\u00fane lo mejor del sabor, la tradici\u00f3n y la diversidad culinaria del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La apertura estuvo encabezada por la <strong>secretaria de Turismo de M\u00e9xico, Josefina Rodr\u00edguez Zamora<\/strong>, y la <strong>gobernadora de Morelos, Margarita Gonz\u00e1lez Saravia<\/strong>, quienes destacaron el valor cultural y tur\u00edstico que representa la gastronom\u00eda mexicana frente al mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>En total, <strong>m\u00e1s de 100 expositores<\/strong> muestran el coraz\u00f3n de la cocina mexicana: el campo, el ma\u00edz nativo, los fogones comunitarios, las recetas heredadas y el orgullo regional que da identidad a cada platillo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodr\u00edguez Zamora destac\u00f3 que la gastronom\u00eda es tambi\u00e9n un motor tur\u00edstico que atrae millones de viajeros cada a\u00f1o.<br>\u201c<strong>Sin el campo no tenemos nada<\/strong>. Lo que producimos y lo que cocinamos es parte de nuestra historia y de lo que somos.
