Y en este mes de agosto, el estado de <strong>Morelos<\/strong> se viste de gala para celebrar la temporada 2025 de este manjar, posicionando al <strong>turismo gastron\u00f3mico<\/strong> como un pilar fundamental de su desarrollo. Con una estrategia regional, Morelos se al\u00eda con Puebla para ofrecer a los visitantes una experiencia culinaria inolvidable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El arranque oficial de la temporada, celebrado en el Museo de la Ciudad de <strong>Cuernavaca<\/strong>, reuni\u00f3 a autoridades y restauranteros para reafirmar el compromiso de convertir a este platillo en un motor econ\u00f3mico y cultural para la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Una Alianza con Sabor a Tradici\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El secretario de Turismo de Morelos, Daniel Altafi Valladares, destac\u00f3 el enorme potencial de esta iniciativa, subrayando que \u201cel segmento gastron\u00f3mico tiene un enorme potencial para generar derrama econ\u00f3mica\u201d. El evento no solo celebra el sabor, sino que tambi\u00e9n fortalece lazos con el estado de Puebla, cuna de la receta original, en una colaboraci\u00f3n que busca atraer a m\u00e1s visitantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan Jos\u00e9 S\u00e1nchez Mart\u00ednez, presidente de CANIRAC Puebla, comparti\u00f3 datos que demuestran el \u00e9xito del platillo, atrayendo a m\u00e1s de dos millones de personas anualmente en su estado. Morelos busca replicar esta afluencia, impulsando el consumo local y visibilizando el talento de sus chefs y cocineras tradicionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El Chile en Nogada: Un S\u00edmbolo de Verano en Morelos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la receta cl\u00e1sica, los restauranteros de <strong>Cuernavaca<\/strong> y sus alrededores est\u00e1n listos para sorprender. Karla Garc\u00eda Olgu\u00edn, presidenta de CANIRAC Morelos, invit\u00f3 a los cocineros a innovar con ingredientes de la regi\u00f3n, creando versiones que fusionan t\u00e9cnica, historia y el sabor \u00fanico de Morelos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta temporada no es solo una oportunidad para degustar el ic\u00f3nico platillo con sus colores patrios y su mezcla de sabores dulces y salados.
